Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
At 7:00 am after your hot cup of tea or coffee, meet our company representative who will warmly welcome and brief you on what your 3 days Murchison Falls safari package covers. To reach Murchison Falls National Park, your journey will begin from Kampala through Luweero to Masindi for about 6 hours and on your way; you will make a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary which is 7kms from the road. You will track rhinos and after, proceed to Masindi Town to have lunch then drive to the park.

Day 2: Game drive and launch trip to the bottom of Murchison Falls
Commence the day with a hot cup of tea or coffee and after, leave the lodge for a morning game drive via the Northern Bank of Murchison Falls National Park. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the vast savanna grassland, woodland while spotting a variety of wildlife species including hyenas, African bush elephants, cape buffaloes, antelopes-especially the Oribis, Uganda Kobs, hartebeests; Rothschild giraffes, warthogs, bird species to mention but a few. Retreat from your 3-4 hour’ game viewing experience to have lunch.
At 2:00 pm, spend your afternoon on a launch/boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls-one of the powerful waterfalls on earth. On the way, you will see hippos; Nile crocodiles as they bask along the banks, water birds especially fish eagles, kingfishers, bee-eaters as well as elephants and many other wildlife species. This remarkable water sport can last you 3-4 hours and at Baker’s rock, spend 45 minutes hiking to the top of Murchison Falls. Later, meet your driver-guide to drive you back to the lodge or return in a boat in case your safari lodge is in the Northern section of the park.
